Next Association Meeting: Not presently scheduled.

Next Board Meeting: The Mallard Green HOA Board will host its quarterly meeting on February 23rd at 4:00pm. This meeting is open to all homeowners who wish to attend. The location will be virtual via Zoom. Please contact the Board via the email addresses below should you wish to attend. This is not a mandatory meeting, and is administrative only. There will be no votes held to change any rules/regulations.

In Summary:

The current Board members:

  • Every member of the Mallard Green community has and will continue to benefit from the Home Owner’s Association, and the dues paid towards it.
  • Our homeowners who delayed paying dues have begun paying their dues.
  • The HOA is working with homeowners on payment plans, as needed.
  • The Board will not discuss the personal or private legal battles of members of our community during community meetings.
  • The Board has and will operate within the confines of United State Law, Indiana Law, the Mallard Green Bylaws and Mallard Green CCR’s.
  • The Board will continue to be transparent about all information and actions regarding the Mallard Green community.
  • The Board is not responsible for past boards behavior.
  • The Board is committed and will work tirelessly to show what a properly run Homeowners Association looks like for the betterment of the entire community.
  • The Board will not condone or encourage bad behavior.
  • The Board will not be intimidated or threatened.

The entire Mallard Green community wants to move forward together so our efforts and actions will result in building a better community. We want our families to be safe and be proud of what we accomplish together!
